Acquisition Specialist – Stockholm

Totême is looking for an Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As Acquisition Specialist you will be part of our ecommerce team, playing a key role within search optimization and our ongoing growth journey. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical skills, technical SEO skills, SEM knowledge, operational excellence and a problem-solving mindset.


  • Further develop Totême as a modern, unique and exciting international player in the digital fashion and lifestyle market
  • Accelerate growth in customer numbers and revenue
  • Work in a data driven approach to define and analyze key metrics, and take actions accordingly
  • Manage the acquisition, activation and retention of customers on social media
  • Find new innovative ways to optimize both upper and lower funnel activities
  • Implementing, managing and optimizing acquisition strategies
  • Analyzing market research to identify new opportunities, issues, market trends or gaps in the market that will generate revenue and engagement
  • Acquisition, retention and activation of new partnerships, which may include affiliates
  • Build, deliver and analyze campaigns, including welcome offers for new customers to maximize conversion
  • Manage and coordinate multiple marketing channels and campaigns (paid, organic, and CRM) to drive conversion
  • Lead analytics and reporting across paid social and SEM
  • Experience and background:

  • 3+ years of digital demand generation experience
  • Great understanding of data, analyzing results and optimizing for scale
  • Great experience from customer acquisition and paid advertising for ecom
  • Hands-on experience with demand generation tools, lead scoring and CRM systems
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working with all social media platforms and publishing tools (Instagram, Facebook, Ads Manager, YouTube)
  • Great skills within customer and performance analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook ads
  • Following the latest growth practices (paid acquisition, SEO, etc.)
  • Holistic understanding of brand and performance metrics
  • The ability to use data to deliver qualitative insights
  • Consumer obsessed and data driven
