CRM Manager – Stockholm

Totême is looking for a CRM Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As CRM Manager, you will be part of our Ecommerce team, heading our Customer Service department and playing a key role in our ongoing growth journey. You will set CRM strategies, and develop and execute CRM campaigns to attract, nurture, engage and retain Totême’s most important clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Further develop Totême as a modern, unique and exciting international player in the digital fashion and lifestyle market
  • Develop consumer-focused retention, reactivation, cross-sell and upsell strategies and tactics
  • Execute communication strategies aligned with the marketing strategy and plan
  • Manage the implementation of CRM campaigns, in line with deadlines and budgets
  • Define target audiences for Totême to expand our customer base
  • Set clear objectives, deliver results and follow-up
  • Contribute with knowledge from the CRM sphere
  • Lead, develop and motivate the Customer Service team. Attract and recruit new team members

Experience and background:

  • An experienced team leader with a deep understanding of CRM, including technical knowledge
  • Experience from implementation and development of loyalty programs
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, and the ability to measure results
  • The ability to understand business objectives to guide execution
  • Experience from building and developing a successful team
  • Experience from working with a strong lifestyle brand

  • Confident, solution-oriented and hands-on in leadership and day-to-day duties
  • Highly structured with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Business and results-oriented with a strong commercial drive
  • An ambitious self-starter with the ability to work operationally and strategically, independently and as part of a team

  • A strong leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, challenge and create commitment within the organization

  • Competent in building and developing relationships, both internally and externally

  • Fluent in English
