Holiday season

Extended returns: all orders placed before December 25 have to be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.

There’s no need to register your return with us, just follow the steps below.


From Sweden

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Stick the enclosed returns shipping label over the delivery information.
  4. Drop off the parcel at your local DHL office or at our store Biblioteksgatan no. 5 in Stockholm (remember to bring your receipt).

From the EU

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Stick the enclosed returns shipping label over the delivery information.
  4. Call your local UPS and schedule a convenient time for pick-up, or drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS Access Point.

From outside the EU

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Stick the enclosed returns shipping label over the delivery information.
  4. Fill out the three copies of the attached returns proforma invoice (and hand them to UPS when they come to pick up the parcel).
  5. Call your local UPS and schedule a convenient time for pick-up, or drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS Access Point.
  6. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.

From the US

  1. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  2. Stick the enclosed FedEx pre-paid returns shipping label over the delivery information.
  3. Drop off the parcel at your local FedEx drop-off point/office.

Returns policy

  • All returns have to be shipped back to us, or returned in store within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are free of charge when returned with our pre-paid returns label within 14 days.
  • All garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
  • If you ship back your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
  • We prefer that items are returned through our chosen return service distributor. You may return the goods by any transport of your choice, but note that you will be liable in case of loss or damage.
  • We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order.
