How to make your return

There’s no need to register your return with us, simply follow these steps.

From Sweden:

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Stick the enclosed returns shipping label over the delivery information.
  4. Drop off the parcel at your local DHL office or at our store Biblioteksgatan no. 5 in Stockholm (remember to bring your receipt).

From the EU:

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Stick the enclosed returns shipping label over the delivery information.
  4. Call your local UPS and schedule a convenient time for pick-up, or drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS Access Point.

From outside the EU:

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Stick the enclosed returns shipping label over the delivery information.
  4. Fill out the three copies of the attached returns proforma invoice (and hand them to UPS when they come to pick up the parcel).
  5. Call your local UPS and schedule a convenient time for pick-up, or drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS Access Point.

Returns policy

  • All returns have to be shipped back to us, or returned in store within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are free of charge when returned with our pre-paid returns label within 14 days.
  • All garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
  • If you ship back your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
  • We prefer that items are returned through our chosen return service distributor. You may return the goods by any transport of your choice, but note that you will be liable in case of loss or damage.
  • We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order.

Returns in store

You may also return your online order in our store, Biblioteksgatan no. 5. Simply bring the item/-s you wish to return and your order receipt. You may also exchange an online order in-store by returning it and purchasing a new item.

Returns with other couriers

We prefer that items are returned through the Totême return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. If you choose to return the package using a different courier or shipping method, all return shipping charges will be at your expense and must be pre-paid by you. Please note, Totême will not accept responsibility for reimbursements or compensations in the event that your package is lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

Sale items

Our regular online returns policy applies to sale items.

Faulty products

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at shop@toteme-studio.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately. You will receive compensation for the cost of fixing an item, a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item including shipping costs.
