How to make your return

Simply follow the steps below.

From Sweden:

  • Place the items (with tags) you wish to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in.
  • Place the enclosed returns-shipping label over the delivery information.
  • Drop off the parcel at your local DHL office or at our store Biblioteksgatan no. 5 in Stockholm.

From within the EU:

  • Place the items (with tags) you wish to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in.
  • Place the enclosed returns-shipping label over the delivery information.
  • Call your local UPS and schedule a convenient time for pick-up, or drop off the parcel at your local UPS Access Point.

From outside the EU:

  • Place the items (with tags) you wish to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in.
  • Place the enclosed returns-shipping label over the delivery information.
  • Fill in the three copies of the attached returns proforma invoice.
  • Call your local UPS and schedule a convenient time for pick-up, or drop off the parcel at your local UPS Access Point.

Returns policy

We have a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return a garment, please do so by shipping it back to us, or returning it in store.

Please fill out the form that you received with your parcel and state what you would like to return and choose one of the return reasons. Place the form in the parcel with the garment you wish to return.

Important information is listed below:

  • All returns have to be shipped back to us, or returned in store within 14 days of delivery.
  • All garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them.
  • If you ship back you return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.

We prefer that items are returned through our chosen return service distributor, or returned in store, to ensure that they are protected and insured during the entire process. However you may return the goods by any transport of your choice, but note that you will be liable in case of loss or damage.

To track your return, save the tracking ID on the return shipping label.

We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. If you chose Klarna invoice, we will update your invoice accordingly. If you like, you can log in to My Klarna to pause your invoice while your return is being processed.

Returns are free of charge when returned with our pre-paid returns label within 14 days.

 

Returns in store

You may also return your online order in our store, Biblioteksgatan no. 5. Simply bring the item/-s you wish to return and your order receipt. You may also exchange an online order in-store by returning it and purchasing a new item.

 

Returns from outside the EU

If you wish to make a return from outside the EU, fill out the Return Proforma, enclosed in your parcel and place it on the outside of the parcel along with the return shipping label. Follow the instructions and book a pick-up with UPS, or leave the parcel at your closest UPS Service Point. If you have any questions, please email: shop@toteme-studio.com or phone: +46 73 392 22 82. Exchanges

We do not administrate exchanges of items that are purchased online. If you want to purchase a different item, another size or color – please return the purchased item and place a new order in the online store.

Faulty products

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at shop@toteme-studio.com Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive compensation for the cost of fixing an item, a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item including shipping costs.
