Return policy

Totême has a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return a garment, please fill out the form that you received with your parcel and state what you would like to return and choose one of the return reasons. Place the form in the parcel with the garment you wish to return. Important information is listed below.

All returns have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

All garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them.

Please make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.

We prefer that items are returned through the Totême return service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However you may return the goods by any secure transport but note that if you don’t use our service, you will be liable in case of loss.

To track your return, save the tracking ID on the return shipping label.

We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival.

Returns are free of charge when returned with our pre-paid returns label within 14 days.


Returns from outside the EU

Totême cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased online. If you want to purchase a different item, another size or color please return the purchased item and place a new order in the online store.

Faulty products

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive compensation for the cost of fixing an item, a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item including shipping costs.
