Supply Chain Coordinator – Stockholm

Full time

Totême is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm. As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be dealing with inbound and outbound delivery flows, providing a first class customer service experience to our worldwide wholesale customer base. You will work closely with the sales and production teams, and report to the Logistics Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the supply chain logistics is running as smoothly as possible
  • Daily contact with 3PL warehouses
  • Providing first class customer service to all our wholesale customers
  • Create and send purchase order splits to manufacturers
  • Do allocations in the system
  • Create pack lists, delivery notes, invoices and export documentation
  • Manage shipments and all accompanying paperwork - invoices, delivery notes and returns
  • Ensuring HTS codes and all other customs requirements are met
  • Deal with stock queries, delivery discrepancies and returns
  • Stock control management – overseeing the stock and ensuring consistency across all systems

Experience and background

  • Experience from a similar role, preferably within the international fashion industry
  • Familiarity with sales order lifecycle management, supply chain, warehouse operations, stock control, order allocation and fulfilment, and carrier management
  • Experience from working with inbound and outbound delivery flows and improving the routines and processes in place
  • Excellent communication and English language skills, written and spoken
  • Great customer service skills
  • A university degree within economics, business or logistics (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Excel, as well as any other industry standard computer programmes
  • Fast learner and detail-oriented team player with great problem-solving skills, happy to work in a fast-paced environment
