How to make your return

There’s no need to register your return with us, simply follow these steps.

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Stick the enclosed FedEx pre-paid returns shipping label over the delivery information.
  4. Drop off the parcel at your local FedEx drop-off point/office.

Return policy

Totême has a 14 day return policy. Returns are free of charge when shipped with the pre-paid shipping label only.

Please read the information below before making a return.

Important information:

Returns are free of charge when returned with our pre-paid returns label within 14 days, from within the US.

All garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them.

Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.

We prefer that items are returned through the Totême return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However you may return the goods by any secure transport, but note that if you don’t use our service you will be liable in case of loss.

To track your return, save the tracking ID on the return shipping label.

We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. If you chose Klarna invoice, we will update your invoice accordingly. If you like, you can log in to My Klarna to pause your invoice while your return is being processed.

Faulty products

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at shop-us@toteme-studio.com Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive compensation for cost of fixing an item, a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item including shipping costs.
