Register your return here.
- All returns have to be registered via the link above.
- All returns have to be shipped back to us or returned in store within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.
- All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
- Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
- When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
- Returns must be sent back using the complimentary pre-paid return slip. To receive yours, please reach out to the Customer Experience team at email@example.com. If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.
- We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
- We don’t accept returns or claims of TOTEME pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
- We don’t accept returns of pieces marked as Final sale.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
