Returns policy

  • All returns have to be registered via the link above.
  • All returns have to be shipped back to us or returned in store within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.
  • All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
  • Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
  • When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
  • Returns must be sent back using the complimentary pre-paid return slip. To receive yours, please reach out to the Customer Experience team at shop@toteme-studio.com. If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.
  • We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • We don’t accept returns or claims of Totême pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

Claims

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to shop@toteme-studio.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
